Café Montesol is a refuge from the summer sun, an escape when the cooler weather descends. Tucked away on the ground floor of Ibiza's original hotel, situated a stone's throw from the marina, our restaurant is the ideal location to grab a snack, or linger over a meal. Housed in the iconic Neo Colonial building, Café Montesol opens onto the Vara de Rey, a car free zone where locals and tourists gather to enjoy one of the most beautiful parts of Ibiza Town.
Culinary bliss at Café Montesol
Chef Alex Larrea infuses local delicacies with a touch of whimsy, concocted with produce from the area. Café Montesol is open all day long, from pancakes piled high for breakfast with fresh juices to tapas to share for lunch and dinner, best washed down with a cold beer or some of Spain’s best small producer wines. A place to spend the evening on the terrace with friends, a favourite of the local community. The embodiment of decades of stories, whispered from table to table.
